1. Cancellations:
Customers may request cancellations for answer sheet evaluation services purchased through www.topexaminers.com subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation requests alongwith valid reasons must be submitted in writing via email registered with us to chiefexaminer@topexaminers.com within 12 hours of the placement of order. The request may be turned down in case the answer sheet has already been evaluated by the examiner.
Any cancellations made after the specified deadline shall not be entertained at all.
2. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations according to the following conditions:
Services for answer sheet evaluation that have not commenced may be eligible for a full refund.
if evaluation has started but not completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of the evaluation completed.
Refunds will not be issued for evaluations that have been fully completed and delivered to the customer.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
3. Non-refundable items:
All exercises/tests/question papers that all carry multiple choices for answering and are evaluated instantly shall not be refunded. Although utmost care shall be taken in preparing such tests, setting of wrong question or corresponding wrong set of choices for answers cannot be contested by the examinees and hence cannot become a basis for claiming any refunds.
4. Exceptions:
In cases of extenuating circumstances or if there are serious errors on our part, we may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
